Abstract

This special issue of Food Control features a number of articles focusing on the topic of risk analysis of food safety. These articles report the findings that have emerged from the work that the authors of these articles have carried out on food risk analysis within the frame of the Integrated Research Project “Promoting Food Safety through a New Integrated Risk Analysis Approach for Foods” (acronym: SAFE FOODS).
