Welcome to the SAFE FOODS e-learning site.
The e-learning modules have been developed by the European Framework 6 Project SAFE FOODS, as part of the communication and training activities. They are based on scientific results and presentations generated by researchers in this project.
The modules are aimed at anybody with an interest in food safety, wishing to get a better background, including Risk Assessors, Risk Managers and Risk Communicators.
We hope these e-learning modules may give you a quick and understandable overview of the ongoing research activities in SAFE FOODS and that it may trigger your interest to explore these disciplines more thoroughly.
